Situated one street back from Papamoa Beach, this contemporary home was designed with a young family in mind.

The site is a tricky triangular shape so it needed to be designed to fit whilst providing both street appeal and access to the rear of the property.

To impress from the road we chose a combination of stack bonded block masonry and Weathertex weatherboard cladding.
